Jason Ritchie joins the show. Jason did 17 years in prison for manslaughter. He was released in 2017. While in prison he turned his life around, got his GED and associates degree and got into SDSU within a year of his release. He graduated in 2020.

On the show Jason talks about the violence, racism and politics that he navigated while in prison. He shares how he was able to survive and find a way to thrive upon release.
