Hemp Prohibition Ends, but is CBD Still Illegal?
On today's show Mike Maharrey joins John to discuss all things hemp and CBD. Mike serves as the National Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center. Mike is the author of three books:

- Smashing Myths: Understanding Madison's Notes on Nullification
- Michael joined Tenth Amendment Center executive director Michael Boldin in penning Nullification Objections: Dismantling the Opposition
This is Mike's second appearance on Felony Friday, he last appeared back on Episode 135 where he discussed his fight against local authorities in Lexington, KY to expose the surveillance operation being run there.
The main topic for today is CBD oil. Mike shares how he has used CBD oil with great success to relieve pain in his hip. Mike and John discuss the changes to the regulatory environment for hemp and CBD with the passage of the Farm Bill in December 2018.
